Dr Li is currently appointed as a Full Professor of Zhejiang University, Director of Institute of Insect Science. And he also holds a concurrent role as Vice President at Guizhou University. Prof. Li has a long-standing research focus in insect genomics and bioinformatics. His work centers on comparative genomics analysis of rice pests and invasive pests, along with the development of relevant algorithms and databases

Graduated from Henan Agricultural University with a Bachelor's degree in Animal and Plant Quarantine; earned a Ph.D. in Agriculture from Nanjing Agricultural University in 2016. Mainly engaged in non-coding RNA function and application research.

Graduated from China Agricultural University and obtained a Ph.D. in Agricultural Entomology and Pest Control. Primary research focus is on insect genetics, development, and genomics.

Dr. Bai earned a Ph.D. in Forest Conservation from Northeast Forestry University in 2022. Broadly interested in insect-microbes interaction and coevolution as well as involving in the development of molecular tools for pest management.
